Why consultation isn't required
On April 1, 2020, the Ontario Government made a temporary regulation to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. Ontario Regulation 115/20 exempts all proposals for policies, acts, regulations and instruments from posting requirements under the EBR until 30 days after the declared emergency is terminated.

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) for Stronghouse Holdings Inc.
This application is for the approval of stormwater management works to serve the proposed commercial buildings, and associated asphalt driveway and surface parking, located at 94 Hanes Road in the Town of Huntsville, District Municipality of Muskoka.
The proposed stormwater management works consist of a stormwater management dry pond and an oil/grit separator and will discharge to the existing drainage course, and ultimately outlet to Hunters Bay.
