Description of instrument:
The purpose of the application (60-C-199946) is for a lot addition to add Part 3 of Plan 23R-7658 (PIN 42149-0093) which is the shoreline road allowance to its abutting backlot property, Lot 15 of Plan M-612, PIN 42149-0028. The shoreline road allowances, Part 2 and Part 3, inadvertently merged with Lot 14 (PIN 42149-0027). The severed portion is 0.12 hectares in size and vacant, and the retained portion is 0.28 hectares is size and also vacant. The effect of this application is to align shoreline road allowances with the appropriate cottage lot. Both Lots 14 and 15 contain cottages services by private individual sewage systems and lake water.
The properties are accessed by a public road maintained by a local roads board. Royal Lake is located approximately 33 km west of the City of Kenora.
