This proposal is to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) Number 1358-9SPTEW for Innocon Inc., a central-mix ready-mix concrete manufacturing facility located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.
This application is to reflect the updated production rates and the addition of one (1) central-mix ready-mix concrete plant.
The sources at the facility include two (2) central-mix concrete batching plants equipped with five (5) baghouse dust collectors and one (1) natural gas-fired hot water heater.
Other sources include one (1) natural gas-fired boiler, one (1) dust collection system, natural gas-fired comfort heating, and materials delivery, storage, and transfer operations. Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include calcium oxide, fly ash, particulate matter, nitrogen oxides, and noise.
