This Park is a disgrace. I have lived in the park for approximately 12 years and the septic problems do not go away. Only being pumped out after multiple calls to the landlord that septic is coming up the pipes into the house. Read more

Today we were notified the well running dry. Orange water. Certain times of year early spring smell of raw sewage. Concerned water safety not even using it to shower at present.
