Original proposal
Proposal details
Application has been made by Cedarwell Excavating Ltd. to vary a condition of their site plan (ARA #625294) for a temporary increase from 50,000 tonnes to 100,000 tonnes for a portion of the 2019 calendar year. The application is associated with the Grey County Road 9 reconstruction project (contract # 5619-19).
If the proposed temporary increase in tonnage is approved, the tonnage condition on the site plan will revert back to the approved annual tonnage condition of 50,000 tonnes at the end of the 2019 calendar year.
