The licensee, Ronald A. Cooney Haulage Ltd., has applied for a major site plan amendment under the Aggregate Resources Act to amend the Rehabilitation Plan for the site. The amended plan will show ponds developed during pit operation, as well as a building used during the operation of the site, as remaining as part of the final site Rehabilitation Plan.

Aggregate Resources Act Licence #1510, held by Ronald A. Cooney Haulage Ltd., is 12.4 hectares in size and has been licenced since 1993. The applicant has prepared a Hydrogeological Impact Assessment in support of this amendment.
