Concerns regarding Flag Resources request for work in Rathbun Township. Road construction. Who will ensure the roads and trails will conform to the Crown Land Use Atlas? Who will ensure proper permits are requested for road construction?

I strongly oppose this exploration activity. That area of the forest needs to be preserved for future the enjoy for recreational activities (old growth forests, wolf lake, etc.). That area is used for recreational cottagers and the public enjoying the outdoors, hiking, canoeing, hunting, etc.

Our concerns with this application for an exploration permit are that Flag Resources has a poor record of stewardship during mining exploration in nearby areas.
