Description of Instrument
The purpose of this formal application for consent is to create one (1) new water access lot by severing PIN 42150-2469 for resource-based recreational use. The full proposal consists of two (2) applications, 60-C-155732 and 60-C-188993, which will create two (2) new resource-based recreational lots plus the retained. Application 60-C-188993 will create one (1) new lot proposed to be approximately 0.8093 hectares with 228.60 metres of frontage and a depth of 73.76 metres. The proposed retained lot will be approximately 0.8093 hectares with 304.80 metres of frontage and a depth of 120.00 metres. The subject lands are water access only and will be accessed via a private commercial marina operation within the City of Kenora.
