Instrument Description
The purpose of this application is to create one (1) new lot for permanent residential purposes by severing PIN 42089-0785 from the abutting PIN 42089-0242, lots which have inadvertently merged on title. Both the proposed severed lot and the proposed retained lot would be approximately 64 hectares, with 805 metres of frontage and a depth of 805 metres.
The effect of the proposed technical severance is to sever the two abutting 64 hectare lots to correct a Planning Act violation which occurred August 1970.
