Description of instrument

Application has been made by Rocky Ridge Aggregates Inc. to authorize an increase in the amount of aggregate to be removed from their site from 150,000 to 450,000 tonnes per calendar year. The increase in tonnage is necessary in order to meet local market demand and to secure contracts for upcoming large capital projects with MTO in the construction of upgrading highway 11.
