The application proposes to sever a 0.0522 hectare lot with 13.7 metres of frontage and 38.1 metres of depth from PIN 62483-0080 to be added to PIN 62483-0081. The proposed severed lot appears to contain a portion of the building and the entirety of the septic system associated with PIN 62483-0081.
