Détails de la décision
The new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for Les Entreprises Mirgil Inc. relates to stormwater management works in the Township of Russell, Ontario.
This approval is for storm sewers that will discharge into the Wood Eadie Municipal Drain. The stormwater management works comprise of 80% TSS removal for all controlled stormwater, controlling post-development release rate to pre-development release rate up to the 100 year storm event, silt fencing to border the proposed site works, and a straw bale flow check dam at the downstream end of existing ditch.
All stormwater captured on-site will be conveyed either overland or through storm services and structures to a proposed stormwater detention area onsite, where collected stormwater will be controlled via an inlet control device and conveyed to a Stormceptor EF08, prior to release to the Robot Street west side ditch.
