This is a very bad situation and not a good location.
There is no possible way that this proposal is healthy for
The residents-to close to town
The environment- right beside Mollys Creek which flows into Sydenham River putting risk to
- fish birds and the water that will be forever destroyed.
- noise pollution
-odours
-dust and debris flying around
- housing sales and value decreases. This absolutely will contribute to the
-mental and emotional wellbeing and will be severely impacted due to the town absolutely not wanting this so close to town and must find another more suitable location.
