The "recycling concept" York1 is trying to set up IS environmentally a step in the right direction from just a landfill site… in theory, that is.
But it comes with unique set of problems that SHOULD NOT be anywhere near our town, a major waterway, prime farmland, or a sensitive ecosystem. Period.
