National Steel Car was found to have been using unpermitted equipment, in operation at the facility.

Have they been held accountable for this? How could they possibly take action yo counteract this additional pollution they have caused? They can't. The effects to the surrounding areas, waterways, personal health can't be undone. We must now take further action and preventative measures. Reduce their allowed emissions!
