The cap and trade…

The cap and trade cancellation act ends the cap and trade program. It discusses how a new program will be developed to deal with climate change. However it does not set a timeline or any any type of measurable for the new program. That is not acceptable. A plan must be a priority of the government. Witness the floods in Toronto, the heat deaths in Montreal, record temperatures every year. Sure I can save a couple of dollars at the pump, but that will go right back into my bills to pay for more air conditioning. We must act now.
