This decision about this proposal should be a no-brainer. Who dumps human waste in a field with no thought to the people and animals around it? Someone only thinking about his bottom line. There are places for Mr. Wilson to take his waste to be properly treated ... I assume he has been doing this up to this point? Please deny this application for the sake of the quality of life of the people and animals that will be affected and the environment we are supposed to be protecting.
