If we cut back carbon…

If we cut back carbon emissions sharply as soon as possible, there is a chance that our grandchildren will be able to still breathe the air of this planet. I agree that Cap and Trade is not the best way to do that, although Ontario did stand to make a lot of money out of it. Cap and Trade just shifts payment for our pollution into developing countries. The best idea is to bring in a carbon fee as BC did, payable directly back to the citizens. People like it, and carbon emissions there are going down. It is not a tax: it is a fee for very serious and life-threatening pollution.
