The entire report from the Engineering Company that did the soil analysis of the 7 Boreholes needs to be redone.
Only one of the boreholes is even on the current CCV site map.
The document is a photocopy which makes it difficult to copy sections to comment on.
This is not appropriate for a technical document. It should be in pdf form.
Why was the average depth only 20 feet instead of 100 feet as suggested in the Building Code 4.1..8.4?
