I am concerned about the impact of this proposal on the lake levels, the water quality of this important lake, the impact on the surrounding properties (settlement?) and the potential impact on the non renewable relic sand in the development area. A large commercial development that requires this volume of dewatering for this length of time is bound to disrupt the Great Lakes ecosystem in ways that are totally preventable through a site selection away from the lake.

The proposal is based on an old plan and the reports and proposal should be updated to reflect the current plans and the permit application should be resubmitted when the materials accompanying the permit application are up to date.
