This is an outrageous overstep of the environmental safeguards and stewardship fir the Port Elgin Beach and the surrounding properties. No environmental impact study has been done by the proponents. The area has many underground streams and aquafirs. The CCV is much too large and it obstructs the Public from the Beach. The primary Proponent and partners attempted to bypass the SVCA. Please do not allow thus to be permitted.
