As an avid hunter in my home WMU of 86B, I am excited to hear of news regarding a fall turkey hunt proposal. In recent years I have witnessed first hand the expansion of wild turkey populations across Perth County and during our spring hunts. I feel the introduction of a fall season would have little to no effect on the health of turkey numbers in my area and am excited to see the results of this proposal.
