No. Site zoning: class 3 agricultural/ residential - noise pollution existing now in daytime is often over the 45 decibel range (videos on file of decibel reader registering over 80 decibels by a pro legal phone decibel reader) - transports in and out let sit running all day, reefers also running constantly, tractors,waste removal,crate pickup. - - the generators, chillers, motors for water plant removal,fans etc. are on the east side, with emmisions pointed directly to my property. This noise now penetrates my west closed windows. I can not leave them open because of noise and odour.-attenuation,refraction of sound sound propagation,temperature gradient.& humidity changes relating to Laplants plant noise output & the gradient of my property location and Laplants plant effect the incredible noise I receive. Predominant west winds make my property in the direct path and position for increased noise. The noise range is not acceptable for sleeping. A full acoustic audit is required, with monitoring that the plant is running full capacity. - Extended hours means more pollution. A wash station for the transports is not in place, How can MOE guarantee that chicken fecal matter is being properly disposed of? Can it be constantly monitored? How long has pollution been allowed to possibly be happening?- previous reports to MOE indicate Laplants are not following existing ECA stipulations. NO to this amendment!!!
