Thank you for accepting comments on the ERO# 019-4287, Nexcycle Industries Ltd. ECA. This property, 50 McLean Road West, Puslinch, is located in the WHPA-Q (wellhead protection area for quantity). The WHPA-Q is not currently in legal effect, and therefore, there are no legal requirements pertaining to the Clean Water Act that would apply. It is recommended that the Ministry consider that policy requirements are being developed for inclusion in the applicable Source Protection Plan and policies may apply to this property in the future.
