Good evening, I live directly in front of Apex Lane. Along with most of the Neighbors on my street that back onto this road oh, we've had nothing but issues with the Dust, dirt and the air quality in the neighbourhood. The Mound is excessively large. I've lived at my residence for 17 years and I've never experienced what I have since this company entered the area and started storing their dirt. Myself, along with all the neighbours are constant battling cleaning our backyard area, our windows, are pools, any seating areas and our furnace filters more than they need to be. There is no opportunity for us to open our Windows to get fresh air, as when you leave them open you'll get a layer of dust inside your house within a few hours. I have three small children and I feel extremely uncomfortable with the air quality and have them stay outside. I also own a pool and I'm constantly battling cleaning the pool, I always have to put a cover in which the next day we'll have a layer of dust on top of it. What they're doing here is Criminal and it's not fair to the residences here. At the least they should be paying for our backyard cleanups, our pool clean ups, our window cleanups and our furnace cleaners. I was told they were supposed to mitigate the dust and debris by using a road cleaner and spring down or covering the Mounds to mitigate the dust in the air, this never happens. I hope you take this seriously and come to investigate this neighbourhood, feel free to visit my backyard.
