Please review the comments made in our supporting document below. Our concerns as residents in the area have been well documented to MOE and to our the Whitewater council. It is our view that all raw sewage be sent to the treatment plant in Pembroke, Ontario for processing. These dumping sites all within close proximity are surrounded by waterways and ground water systems. This particular site has been dumping raw sewage for well over 30 years as noted by residents. Surly the capacity over this time frame has well exceeded allowable requirements. We would ask that the Ministry not approve this site for further dumping of raw sewage. The immediate solution is all raw sewage be taken to the treatment plant for processing.
