I don't think that this proposal includes adequate information to comment on. It indicates that the purpose is to reflect updates to modelling and emission guidance for the cumulative assessment for the facilities, but does not indicate what the updates are or what impacts this may have on the approval. I live nearby and will be directly impacted by any changes. I also cannot access supporting information due to COVID restrictions. I'm requesting that the posting be updated with additional details or that the proposal be re-posted for a new comment period with additional details.
