Where does the company intend to draw water from? If they intend on taking from one island lake they will need to cross private property.
Has the noise disturbance for local residents been taken into account? A drill rig running 24/7 will easily be heard but all residents in the immediate vicinity.
The property map does not show the surrounding private property both covering parts of the claims included in the application and those along the lake.
Have the surface rights holders been notified of the proposed activities?
