Heritage building, zoning bylaws that protect rash development is very important to me! The designation of heritage sites and buildings is always a well thought out and challenging process. If it is reversible with a sweeping change of zoning or variance of some kind it is VERY COUNTER PRODUCTIVE and does not honour any voting citizens that have put years into these processes.
