Please do not allow the minister any more powers. They do not need site plan control and have no business overriding municipal and citizen input into planning.
We need the minister to be a partner in better planning and development - not unilaterally overriding local planning or decisions. There needs to be more communications, more public input, more opportunity for consultation - not less.
