The Corporation of the City of Barrie's Environmental Compliance Unit (City) has reviewed the ERO proposal and has the following comments for the PTTW:

1. All dewatering discharge entering the Municipal Sewage Works must comply with the City's Sewer Use By-law 2012-172 (By-law), as amended.

2. A Discharge Agreement must be obtained from the City prior to any dewatering discharge into the Municipal Sewage Works.
