As with other elements of this proposal, the Accoustics Study leaves a number of unanswered questions, including the impact disturbing and, perhaps, unhealthy traffic noise.

I wish to repeat several prior requests that consideration of this proposal by the Ministry be suspended until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and full, transparent, face-to-face public consultations are possible.
Without them, the proponent is asking for sign-off on a blank cheque.
