They want to pump 12,960,000…

They want to pump 12,960,000 litres of water per day, 365 days a year! Unreal that it will not effect the water tables in our area, and I did not see where this water will it be discharged after. An olympic pool contains only aprox 2,500,000 litres so they would pump the equivalent of more than 5 olympic pools per day! Have an environmental studies and hydrogeological assesments been made to show the effects on water tables, and the Charlebois Drain that runs from their property into the Ottawa river? is the water free of contaminates? I am also worried that this in just another step towards building a cement plant, a polluting industry in our rural area. Please reject their proposal. thank you
