With how bad the stink is…

With how bad the stink is out here how can giving them room for more production be a good idea? Looks like they cant be bothered take care of what they already have. I hear the Hamilton plant stinks pretty bad too. They promised so much when it was Maple Leaf, the new owners dont care. Make them make what they got work right first.
