The City of Ottawa has reviewed Tomlinson’s ECA application and has no objections with the MOE issuing an ECA, provided that only storm water is discharged to the storm sewer ditch.

However, the City does have concerns with the quality of the discharge and expects Tomlinson to comply with all conditions of the Sewer Use By-law.

The City also expects Tomlinson to contact the City prior to beginning operation of the system, and may also impose additional monitoring and reporting requirements.
