The Spring Bear hunt should…

The Spring Bear hunt should never have been brought back--it seems completely immoral, irresponsible and illogical to have a hunt occur in the spring of the year, when bears have just come out of hibernation and/or have cubs. I have yet to see a solid rationale for this ridiculous practice, and would urge the government to return to the previous state of no spring bear hunt.
