I am wondering if there is a high need for another plant and silo since this added endeavor will create more particulate matter, other pollutants as well as noise. With the high rate of respiratory illnesses such as asthma in many, including children, and several breathing related deaths in elderly and those with suppressed immune systems, this may not be a good move.
