This business should not be permitted to increase their emissions. Already, the neighbourhood smells strongly from the meat packing processes, in addition to the buildings being located directly adjacent to a residential area, a sensitive environmental area and directly goes against the general intention to reduce emissions in an effort to combat pollution in the GTA.
