These proposed emissions include an increase in: "Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include chlorine dioxide, lactic acid, nitrogen oxides, noise, and odour.” We already have an extreme odour problem within a 1-2 Km radius of the St. Helen's plant, at least. Other industry on site also greatly contribute to this problem as well. Please do not permit St. Helen's' to increase their emissions. Rockcliffe- Symthe already has the HIGHEST rates of asthma. Increasing the amount of toxic chemicals dumped into our air will likely aggravate this further.
