Please do not allow this! This is a residential area with many children There is a splash pad there and in the summer the smell is absolutely horrendous. Many times in the summer people avoid going outdoors because of the smell. When the area was being developed all new homeowners were told that these facilities were on the way out. This is not fair and healthy for the residents and children from this area
