Please consider the comments I make below very seriously as I feel strongly on this issue. We have
the opportunity here to not make a profoundly flawed mistake. We must not leave our children a
province full of pits and drained of its clean water. These types of operations leave a devastating
and, frankly, irreparable scar on and in the landscape. Please deny this license.
