I sent a comment & objection…

I sent a comment & objection fax to the Application Assessment Officer this morning but no acknowledgement came back. The description of this proposal creates an apprehension of bias on the Ministry's part. The third paragraph sounds like advocacy by the Ministry on behalf of the proponent not a neutral description e.g. "LID provides cleansing" and "enhanced quality control" and for regional " 90 % volume control target". These are mere assertions to be tested not statements of fact.
