Have the following been completed? a) air and noise studies and mitigated the negative impact on the Public and the Natural Environment. b) surface water and ground water conditions as well as 1.5m above the water table has been conducted by a Geoscientist or Professional Engineer and has been reviewed by the MNRs Geoscientist or Professional Engineer. c) What about Rehabilitation Site? d) What about the past performance regarding progressive rehabilitation of gravel pit that this AR Licence Application is replacing? e) Have the MNR Staff completed a site inspection of existing gravel pit sites and all outstanding non-compliance issues have been mitigated? f) Have the MNR Staff completed a site inspection of the proposed site? g)The Ministry of Agriculture and Food (OMAF) must be circulated where prime agricultural land is not being restored to the same agricultural classification. Prime agricultural land is defined in the Provincial Policy Statement (PPS).
