To Whom It May Concern

With regards to Proposal Registry #013-3759

I have the following concerns with the proposed plans for the waste transfer station, my home is situated directly across the proposed site and I am concerned with the affect it will have on our enviroment and our quality of life. The proposed site has an abundance of wildlife deer, wild turkeys, hawks, eagles as well as many varieties of birds.

I am also concerned that even though they initially said that they would be operating 6 days a week from 7-7 they now state that they will have hours of operation 24/7. The noise, fumes and increased traffic will defenitely affect me and my fruit and vegetable stand.

Although they state that they will only bring non hazardous waste what will stop them from changing that as well in the future.

There is also an issue with drainage as the building site area is very wet and swampy add to this the possiblity of disease from waste that may become airborne and drifts to my property which will cause detrimental damage to my fruit trees and soil. The prevailing winds are from the south and the site is south of my property as I stated before directly across from my home and my farm land. This site is surrounded by prime farm land that could be irreversably damaged by contaminents from waste. Recently ERCA has added a nature trail and walking paths just west of this site which is a wonderful place for people to enjoy nature and their surroundings which will drasticly change the experience once the wildlife is forced off by building this site.

Not only will the residents be affected but also our wildlife will disappear from this area and all who use the walking paths and nature trails will be the worse for it.

Please take into consideration my concerns, I feel that town council is more interested in raising their tax base than in the well being of their residents and of our enviroment.
