As a property owner near Timco, we continue to be affected by odours from Timco.

Seeing that Timco does not seem to be able to control their odour problems, we are absolutely against anything they do at their plant.as it affects us and others in the area.

Timco has an attitude of skirting the rules by running the plant at night.  We have on several nights had to deal with the odours.

They have all along flogged just about every rule in the book. If they cannot stop the smell, they should be out of business immediately.

This has gone on for years now with no end in sight. SHUT THEM DOWN UNTIL THEY CAN PROVE THERE IS NO ODOURS. NOTHING LESS WILL DO.
