Support local initiatives to ID major cycle arteries that need most attention; set a target for each municipality over 5000 population to ID cycle commuting corridors in their town and sign routes as such (uniform signage across province); some portion of strategy should include educating automobile driving public, some of whom believe bicycles do not belong on roads;
