The number of cormorants that can be hunted is too high, there should also be a limit to how many can be hunted in a season. Hunter's should not be given free reign to exterminate a species. Please consider lowering the daily limit and imposing a reasonable maximum number. Why would anyone need to hunt 50 birds a day? Such a shameful waste.
