Please strongly consider reducing the discharge of contaminants, namely manganese, hexavalent chromium and ferric oxide (iron oxide), from the facility into the natural environment.

Those of us who live in the area see the negative impact industry has on our properties, neighbourhoods, shared spaces, and our health. There isn't anything National Steel Car can do to counteract this at present. A reduction is the only sound solution. A reduction will also surely have a positive returns that outweigh any gains National Steel Car may stand to benefit from.
