Please clearly write its minimum separation distance from public in its ECA, and really apply this separation distance on its every job site, any site if its separation distance from the nearest reception point is less than the distance, this plant should not be allowed to operate, once it breaks ECA, Ministry should immediately revoke its ECA.

We have very painful experience in suffering air and noise pollution from industrial factory operation which is too closed to us, Ontarians for sure do not want to see similar thing happen in this province just because Ministry does not follow EPA to prohibit industrial factories cause adverse effects. Please ensure Ontarians have clean air, water, land and healthy environment.
