The Durham Region Health Department has no objections to the proposed, provided the following conditions are met:

• That the proponent comply with standards and requirements under O.Reg 419/05: Air Pollution - Local Air Quality;
• That the proponent has consulted and complied to the satisfaction of the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks, the local municipality and the local conservation authority;
• That the proponent has taken measures to minimize the impacts of noise, dust, and truck traffic to the local communities and comply with local by-laws pertaining to these issues, and;
• Taken all reasonable measures to protect human health and the environment, including appropriate mitigation measures and contingency planning to prevent any impacts to the local airshed from accidental or unintended emissions
